1) Can this be taken in my spare time? Are there set hours?

Yes, you can take our classes at your own pace in your spare time. There are no set hours, giving you the flexibility to study when it’s most convenient for you.

2) Do I need to get a certain grade?

No prior experience or grade is required. Our training is designed to accommodate students of all experience levels, from beginners to those with some background in the field.
 

3) What about experiential learning?

To become a skilled and profitable technician, you need brain training and hands-on practice . Click here to read how our students get hands-on practice.

4) What do I need in order to take the class?

All you need is a computer or mobile device with internet access. Our classes are accessible online, making it convenient for you to learn from anywhere.
 

5) What guarantees?

If you change your mind about the training within three days of starting the course, we will refund your money in full.

6) Can I watch the videos more than once?

Absolutely! You can watch the class videos as many times as you need to reinforce your understanding and master the material.

7) How long do I have access to the class?

You will have access to the class materials for an extended period, typically allowing you to revisit the content and resources even after you’ve completed the course.

9) Who is this course accredited by?

United Appliance Servicers Association

10) What is your refund policy?

Requests for refunds made prior to attending class will be processed minus the deposit. Payment will be made either by check or refund to original payment source. As an alternative, the purchase may be transferred to a different class date without penalty.

Deposits will only be refunded in the event that a class is canceled by Goose Fix. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.

11) After the training will I be qualified to open my open business?

While our students advance at different paces, we encourage our graduates to work in the field for a minimum of six months prior to venturing out on their own.

12) Do you help with job?

Yes, we work with several appliance repair companies and offer them our best graduates. In the “Expert package”, we also provide assistance in finding a job.
